Welcome to The Bethany Hamilton Network (the “Community”). By participating in this Community, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Community Guidelines

 

To maintain a positive and supportive environment, all members must adhere to the following guidelines:

 • Commitment to Encouragement: Members agree to foster a spirit of positivity, encouragement, and mutual respect.

 • Health and Professional Advice: Members acknowledge that facilitators and participants are not licensed medical professionals or therapists. All shared advice is for informational purposes only.

 

2. Voluntary Participation

 

Participation in The Bethany Hamilton Network is entirely voluntary. Members are free to discontinue their membership at any time.

 

3. Refund Policy

 

Membership fees are non-refundable, except in extraordinary circumstances such as:

 • Death of the member, or

 • Acts of God that prevent participation.

 

Requests for refunds in these situations must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

 

4. Membership and Conduct

 • Compliance with Guidelines: Members agree to abide by the Community Guidelines outlined in Section 1.

 • Removal from the Community: The facilitator reserves the right to remove any participant from the Community if:

 • Their behavior disrupts the group’s process.

 • They violate the Community Guidelines.

 • The Community format is deemed unsuitable for their needs.

 

Decisions to remove members will be made at the discretion of the facilitator and are final.

 

5. Disclaimer

 • No Professional Advice: The Bethany Hamilton Network does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice. Members are encouraged to seek professional guidance where necessary.

 • Liability Waiver: The Community and its facilitators are not responsible for any personal decisions or actions taken based on the content shared within the group.
